Assessment and remediation are kept separate
Under section 468.8419, Florida Statutes, a person may not perform or offer to perform mold remediation on a structure where the mold assessor or the assessor's company provided a mold assessment within the last 12 months, and a remediator may not assess a structure they or their company remediated in that period. The rule doesn't apply to certified Division I contractors (general, building and residential contractors).
Dewayne E Bruzik holds both licenses. That does not mean they will assess and remediate the same job. Ask which service they are offering on your property and put it in the written contract.
